This year we have made some changes to the Aaron and Partners Knockout Competitions.

The Senior Slam is to be replaced, we are delighted to announce The Shropshire 100, this is an an exciting new format of the game and we will issue the rules and further details in the spring.

The Shropshire 100 will be for the 22 eligible clubs in the Premier and First Divisions of the SCCL (It is 22 clubs as opposed to 24, as Worfield and Wellington have 2 teams in the Premier and Division 1)

-There will be 3 rounds and a Finals day
-For rounds 1-3 the draw will be based on 2 regions - broadly a North/South divide
-The matches will be played on Thursday evenings with the first round on the 21st of May 2020
-Finals Day will be on Sunday the 19th of July at Worfield CC
-The draw will be made at the March meeting of the SCCL Committee

The Junior Slam is to be replaced, we are delighted to announce the The Shropshire Ton for clubs in Divisions 2-8. As per the Shropshire 100 we will issue the rules and further details in the spring. We are hoping that Clubs will embrace this new competition and take part. If your club does not want to be included please advise Dave White by Monday the 2nd of March 2020.

Please be aware that a club can only enter one of the KO Competitions - Either the Shropshire 100 (previously the Senior Slam & open to Premier & 1st Division Clubs) or the Shropshire Ton (previously the Junior Slam & open to Clubs in Divisions 2 to 8).

For the Shropshire Ton
